• 1. Opening of storage centers in near by cities where blood need to be available immediately when required during emergencies.
• 2. Get NABH Accreditation for blood bank.
• 3. Develop center for research and development in blood.
• 4. Create a network of blood banks so that blood can be made available at short notice.
• 5. Upgrade to the latest technology.
